The puzzle can come with a picture for reference or without it if you want the secret message to be revealed as your loved one puts it together. (exemple: will you be my girlfriend, will you marry me, we’re pregnant, etc)

In the subject line of your email, please put your name and order number. If you need any personalization, please include it in your email. Pictures need to be either a JPEG or PNG. Please do not send links to photos. Ideally the image is as large as you can send. (1200 x 1600 pixels is a good size for reference). If you send a low resolution photo, your puzzle will come out pixelated. We do not color correct or change your photos. If you have any specific concerns on cropping you should include them in your email. Please remember that the puzzle is in the shape of a rectangle. If you submit a photo or collage that is a square, your puzzle will probably need a border. We are not responsible for low resolution, pixelated or dark images. Important note: social media sites sometimes reduce the resolution of photos in order for them to load faster. The original photo would work best if you have access to it.
